I’ve had pretty bad RLS since I was young and I tried this randomly one night and was very pleased. It’s tingly so it helped ‘numb’ my leg a bit, which enabled me to actually go to bed! Good smell too.

This is my go-to cream for knee pain, which I’ve had ever since a nasty skiing accident a few years back. I love the heat affect and the fact that I’ve managed to avoid the pitfalls of any sort of over the counter of prescriptions pills.

I have arthritis in one of my fingers and was getting stabbing pain and would run for the aspirin. Was taking quite a bit of aspirin until I came upon Relief. After using it for about a week or so I realized I wasn’t getting the pain anymore or the burning skin on the palm of my hand. Now I only use it occasionally if I feel a twinge of pain.
